Midland Brewing Company was a 5/5 for sure. The quesadilla and brisket were sooo good! The brisket wasnt dry at all and the two sauces we had with it were delicious!! The peachy blonders and amber ale were also very tasty. Our waitress was so friendly and our service couldnt have been better. MBC is what all breweries should be!

Pretzel appetizer was delicious and enjoyed by all. Michigan salad and Asian chicken salad were great. Companion felt the black bean burger was a bit spicy. Lots of excellent brews available. Definitely will return.

Awesome food, wonderful service and atmosphere! The staff is amazing! No matter who is serving you! The brewing team is nailing it. With the new small batch system, they are really making good stuff. Solid core beers. Look for good specials too!

Went on a Sunday(that's why I had a waffle option ) Really cool atmosphere, if you like beers this is your place!! Lots and lots of different flavors and options. I'm personally not a drinker, more of a eater...and they hit the mark. Sundays have breakfast options-the banana waffle 5 stars! Lots of seating. There is a outside patio when weather is nice. Bar seating as well. Pricing average. Casual dress. Bathrooms clean. Service quick and friendly!!

Sunday brunch was delicious at the Midland Brewing Company! I wasn't aware the full menu wasn't available Sundays, but no one was disappointed by the brunch options- all the food was delicious. Our party had great service from Payne— he went above & beyond by bringing samples of relevant beers we may like, and made sure our food was perfect. Payne was kind, helpful, informative, and available— thanks Payne and MBC!

No fault of Midland brewing company. I spoke to a manager very nice guy. I was completely disgusted that a couple brought a puppy inside. Pulled out it's mat and let it lay down. Inside a Restaurant. Was not a service dog. No vest. No harness stating service dog in training. This puppy was approx 2 months old... Love the food love the service. Didn't care for atmosphere today... Of course first time bringing my parents there to eat. Thank you to the MBC manager for listening. Please people leave your dogs at home.. Not everyone wants to eat with a dog inside a restaurant. We pay for our meals as well . So if it isn't a service dog leave them at home

The place is pretty amazing. The staff is super quick and extremely nice. The look is inviting and relaxing, light wood and stone with a copper ceiling. Huge bar on one side, low-tops with benches opposing it and lots of high-top and low-top tables in between. Those in wheelchairs or with walkers/crutches might have some problems getting through the tables, they are a bit too close together. Need to stick to the periphery near the bar to get beyond the first tables. Music was good but occasionally too loud for such a wide-open space. Ordered a flight - of four - to go with my fish & chips. The fish is among the best I've had. The batter has good flavor and is not just a calorie-enhancing breading. If you put anything on the fries, you are doing yourself a disservice. I'd cut back the salt a touch but beyond that they are perfect. Light, crispy, flavorful. Worth the 19. Even the coleslaw, often an afterthought in this situation, is delicious. The beer is solid, too. Ranging from a California Common to a Stout to a Milkshake IPA (such a great style).

Always love a dinner and drink at Midland Brewing Company! Their jalepeno popper burger is the best burger in Midland! Their atmosphere is warm and inviting, plus their outdoor seating in the summer is a roaring time!
